Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the shipping label provided or a carrier of your choice. Please ensure to include the RA number in the package to avoid delays in processing your return.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at with details of the defect or damage.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you if the item is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
